What We Do
If you are living with dementia, or live in isolation without a close support network in place, it is vital for your general well being that you continue to live a full and enjoyable life for as long as possible.
If you are a caregiver Autumn Years offers you an opportunity to take a well-earned break and to have some time to yourself; whether this be at one of our Respite Day Centres where you can leave your loved one for a few hours in the knowledge that they will be safe, well cared for and entertained; or where one of our Autumn Friends looks after your loved one in their own home.

If your loved one is living independently our Autumn Friends offer support and companionship allowing them to live independently for longer, and giving you the peace of mind that they have a friend close by to make sure that they are safe and well cared for.
